As a part of a client engagement I was working through some process mapping with a team. This team is subject to a review, had every reason to not trust me, had never met me before, and was told simply that we wanted to get them validate some process maps we had drafted from documentation. What a summer it has been! And with my return I'm excited at the momentum Collaboration Consulting Inc is building.We've had a very successful pilot launch of our Comptency Portal solution with the University of Alberta. We're also in the final stages of signing a global manufacturing client (more details on that at a later stage). And to top it off we're supporting a major Government of Alberta initiative to review how accomodation is managed.But what stands out the most - the fact that after more than a year in business that our vision to make collaboration a simpler reality for organizations engages me more now than when I first started this business.Read More »
